Stuffed Grilled Chicken - Grilled on Stove




Preparation Time  15 to 20 mins                     Marination Time: 30 Mins
Cooking Time:  15 mins                                 Serves: 2

Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts (Boneless)    1 whole

For Marination:
Worcestershire Sauce   1 Teaspoon
Soy Sauce                    1 Teaspoon
Lemons juice                1/4 cup
White Vinegar              1 Teaspoon
Garlic                          2-3 cloves (finely chopped)
Black Pepper (freshly grated)  To Taste
Red Pepper Sun-Dried (optional)    To Taste
Olive Oil                     1 Teaspoon

Stuffing:
Mozzarella Cheese  50 grams  ( I bought shredded)
Cheddar Cheese     50 grams
Mayonnaise             1 Table-spoon
Spinach                  1/4 Cup (washed and strained)
Black Pepper          to taste
Worcestershire Sauce   1 Tea-spoon


Preparation:

1. Cut whole Breast in to two pieces and tenderize them. Using cooking mallet hammer them until they are thinner (almost half the thickness). Now, cut the breast from a side (carefully) making sure the cut is as deep as it can be without any tear.

2. In a Bowl mix all ingredients for stuffing and fill in (using your hands not spoons) the chicken breasts. fill as much stuffing as you feel would not end up in running into the grill-pan.

3. Now Mix all ingredients for marination and place stuffed chicken pieces into the marination liquid bowl. Leave it for sometime.

Tip: Keep turning sides of stuffed chicken in marinade every 7 minutes.

Cooking:

1. Season your grill-pan by brushing vegetable oil all over it. (I used Olive oil)
2. Heat the Pan at high flame for 5 mins
3. Put Stuffed Chicken on preheated grill pan.Now move knob of your stove to medium level of flame.
4. let it cook fully from one side before turning it.
5. Once, one side is fully cooked change side and let it cook, completely.
